2. The service
Through the QR code included with a product, the Company lets senders store a letter, voice recording and photos for a recipient to open. Sale, delivery, exchange and refund of physical products follow the policy of the marketplace where the product was purchased.
3. Looking after codes
Users are responsible for keeping activation, resume and access codes safe. If a code is exposed, a new code can be issued or support can be contacted.
4. User obligations
Do not upload content that infringes others’ rights or breaks the law, including using another person’s photos or voice without permission.
